The first-ever Naga Influencers Summit 2025 kicked off yesterday at The Heritage, Kohima. The three-day event aims to promote ethical influence, purposeful creativity, and professional growth, featuring a lineup of panel discussions, workshops, and concerts.During the opening session, educator Theyiesinuo Keditsu underscored that true influencers are not merely trendsetters but visionaries who explore new possibilities and ensure that progress benefits all of society, not just a few.Meanwhile, Ella Kayina, Head of Programmes at Akashvani Kohima, spoke on the challenges of fake news and digital footprints in the age of Artificial Intelligence. She cautioned that even deleted online content can be traced and urged content creators to exercise responsibility in what they share. Kayina also highlighted Akashvani Kohima’s diverse initiatives in promoting authentic and ethical media engagement.
