Job Opening: Office Executive Assistant

The Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) is inviting applications from eligible men and women from all its constituent Associations and Churches for the post of Office Executive Assistant (OEA) at the NBCC Headquarter Office, Bayavu Hill, Kohima.

1. Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be a born-again Christian
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream, preferably with M.Div., B.D., or M.Th. from a recognized institution
  • Age between 35 to 45 years at the time of application
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Effective networking and interpersonal skills
  • Technologically literate with strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Capable of following and executing directives
  • Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
  • Previous office experience is an added advantage
  • If married and residing outside Kohima, must be willing to relocate with family

  • Recommendation from ES/ED
